Depending on the country, there are up to 50 different job titles. The employees come from 117 nations and range in age from 16 to 66 years old. They all have their own view of ALDI North.

Carlo Hünerfeld has been with ALDI North for 37 years already – from manning a cash register in a store to senior buyer at ALDI Einkauf GmbH & Co. oHG in Essen-Kray. He discovers more than 100 items a year and presents them in-house. His areas of expertise: craft and tools, paints and coatings, as well as fireworks.
